School physics VS fitness training: what to do to make a child love sports
The instructor of children’s fitness and the teacher of the Academy of Fitness-Ukraine Oksana Sasyuk told UaUa.info why children and teenagers do not like school physical education lessons and how to provide children with activity and physical development in more interesting ways.
Children and adolescents should actively move. This is critically important for harmonious growth and development, and for mental activity. Knowingly the Ministry of Education included in the school schedule three hours of physical education per week. But with these lessons something went wrong.
Schoolchildren prefer to absent themselves from physical training, or simply sit on a bench, armed with a formal pretext and a note from their parents. At the same time, only school lessons are considered non-prestigious. In the sports sections or on fitness training in the sports club, children go with pleasure.
We asked the trainer on children’s fitness that she knows and knows something that school fizruks do not know.
Alas, not all parents understand the importance of physical activity for children. Many believe that it is more important to further develop the child intellectually. And they lead a child to English, to logic, to IT-circles different. And for activity, they say, and school physical education is enough.
Junior students do not have to sit full 40 minutes mdash; this is a violation of everything.
They need a change of activity: 10 minutes have sat, 2-3 minutes have risen moved. This mode makes the load acceptable and evenly distributes it. Therefore, even if you rely on intellectual development, sport must necessarily go in parallel.
While the most basic nutrients do not enter the body, it is exhausted and exhausted. She has nowhere to take the strength to do the exercises. And training in such a state is mdash; it's fallen pressure, palpitations, weakness.
