Allergic and infectious bronchial obstruction
In children’s medical practice, bronchial obstructive conditions occur quite often in the framework of a disease of the respiratory system, and these diseases often occur in severe form with the presence of respiratory failure with the development of obstructive bronchitis and bronchial asthma (BA).
BFU in the clinic is not used as an independent disease, because it occurs in many diseases in small adult children. For example, BFD can develop with:
- aspiration of food during swallowing problems;
- congenital malformations of the nasopharynx;
- gastroesophageal reflux;
- defeat of the respiratory tract.
When bronchobrush there is a violation of the patency of the bronchial tree for air, as the resistance of the airways increases. If we talk about FOS as an organism reaction, then it refers to protective reactions to the introduction of foreign bodies, allergens and infectious agents. With the help of BOS, no penetration into the lungs of these harmful elements, and thus does not develop pneumonia.
The protective mechanism is realized with an increase in the secretion of mucus, the formation of inflammatory changes in the bronchial mucosa and bronchioles, the development of cough and spasm of the bronchi.
