Discharging from maternity hospital ; nothing to forget!
Not every young mother can hope that a young dad or relatives will get everything they need for an extract from the maternity hospital. In order not to have unpleasant surprises and disappointments, it’s better to take care of what you need for your discharge in advance.
As practice shows, it is more convenient to collect two bags. One bag – with those things that you need directly in the hospital, and the second – with things on the statement. These bags should be signed and notified of their existence of the one (or those) who will transfer these bags to you.
If you have a contract with a doctor who will take birth, then you should ask him what you need to take for yourself and your child. If not, here we will give an approximate list of things that may be needed in the hospital. It should be remembered that some maternity homes have restrictions and prohibit the use of some personal things. Therefore, you need to be prepared for the fact that some things have to be returned home. But, at the same time, do not worry, if you forget something, you will not be imprisoned and relatives can always bring missing things.
The most important thing you need when you enter the maternity hospital is the documents. It is recommended, starting from 7-8 months of pregnancy, always carry them by themselves.
