If the playground is located next to the house, do not take a stroller, otherwise the crumbs will be tempted to give a halt at the very first symptoms of fatigue. But if there is a “hike” to the park, the kid will be very overworked without a personal vehicle.
Gradually, the time of continuous walking can be increased to 15 minutes. But since the child spends a lot of energy during his walks, he should have a rest and support his strength before returning.

In the summer in the country with a 2−3-year-old baby, you can arrange exercise for 40 minutes. During this time, he can go 1.5-2 km.
In the middle of the way it is better to make a rest in a beautiful place for 10−15 minutes.
It is allowed to walk with the child even in the forest for mushrooms, at least to the river or a picturesque pond. However, the route must be thought out in advance. The ultimate goal is to intrigue the baby, the only way he can enjoy the journey.

But getting ready to walk barefoot gradually. If the crumb goes around the house in shoes, before releasing it on the grass, let him first run for a few days on the floor in cotton socks. Start with a 10-minute workout in the morning and evening.
