I have never been a model, I didn’t walk down the runway, I didn’t attend a dance group. Instead of engaging in the beauty of the outside, I improved the beauty of the inside. I went to libraries, studied music, chess. As a result, scoliosis at the age of 14, a hopeless future and the problem of becoming a mother.
My mother took me to a beautiful doctor, thanks to whom, today I have no back problems, my posture looks royal, and my gait is soft and beautiful.
Why does a woman need a beautiful walk?
Only uneducated and uncultured persons can ask such a question. Gait says about your inner strength, determination, about your achievements. A woman with a beautiful gait seems taller, slimmer, more worthy. Gait reflects the character and pressure of a woman, her sexuality and sensuality.
Walking is also an indicator of women’s health. A beautiful strong back, a tightened belly, strong legs are a mirror of not only beauty, but also of internal reserves, a reflection of the woman’s well-being.
Any girl can learn to walk beautifully. There are many well-known ways, about which we, unfortunately, forget.
First of all, rule of piles of books on your head. For example, I did not wear the library, but I tried an apple on one little book. Gravity on the head is not, and the balance and stability is developed perfectly.
Secondly. Watch your knees. When walking in heels, under no circumstances, do not bend your knees. The chess horse figure will not envy anyone.
Thirdly. Correctly put the foot. When walking, the entire burden should first lie on the heel, then the sock. Not the opposite. Improper circulation is fraught with various diseases, including varicose veins.
Fourth. All in yourself! Tightened the belly, ass and went … Remember the famous phrases from the Office Romance:
– The head is slightly higher, the eyes are slightly lowered, everything is free here, shoulders are thrown back, the gait is free from the hip, the relaxed plastic of the panther before jumping. Men do not miss such a woman.

Seventh. Do not copy others, especially models. Your walk should be individual, flying and soaring.
Eighth. Do not walk a lot in heels. Such shoes are good in certain doses, but not designed for every day. Shoes should be comfortable and useful. If you can not give up completely on the heels, change to a small glass. It is not so unhealthy.
