Rotala Walliha (Rotala wallichii) – aquarium plant floating in water, belongs to the family Derbennikovye (Lythraceae). The second name of the plant is Red mayak.
In nature Rotala Walliha is found in the swamps of Southeast Asia.
Red mayak – herbaceous plant with a whorling arrangement of leaves (up to 15 pieces). The sheet plate itself with a delicate surface is colored from above in a color ranging from olive green to reddish, and a light green color scheme on the bottom. Sheet length does not exceed 2.5 cm, and width up to 10 mm.
Stems are elongated, erect, up to 40 cm in length. Blossoms red mayak red or pink flowers formed in the nodes of surface shoots.
